Is there any way for this NOT to happen? The Tribune reported yesterday that she was “thinking about it” and CapitalFax thinks it’s a done deal.

I must confess I don’t even know that much about her, but I just don’t think I can stomach another nepotistic election. I know that’s the Chicago way and that Chicago Dems clearly care more about power than the honesty and integrity of American Democracy. But I’ll beg. Seriously, I’ll get on my knees in Federal Plaza and beg. Can’t we just please have someone else run for Governor, someone with a real life and who cares about something other than politics. Pleeeaaasssee. See, I’m begging.
