Several people have pointed out the hypocrisy of Michael (and Lisa) Madigan and Emil Jones playing important roles in the DNC convention, which is supposed to be about “Hope” and “Change” rather than cynicism and nepotism.

If Obama becomes the next president of the United States, there will be a vacancy in the Senate. None other than Rod Blagojevich will have to pick a temporary replacement.
