Living and breathing in the Second City
The Red Eye quietly reported yesterday that the Arrested Development Movie appears to be a sure thing:
That’s according to star Jeffrey Tambor (above) anyway, who yesterday told Steve Weintraub of collider.com that the much-rumored film is a go. Tambor said he talked to “AD” creator Mitch Hurwitz last week, who said it was on.

It wasn’t the best movie I’ve ever seen. But the cast was perfect. The writing was clever enough. The plot and character development were outstanding. In the end you are heavily invested in what is really a pretty silly movie, and that’s a testement to good work of everyone involved. I give it a B+.
Bad plot
Bad acting
No production value
Don’t bother

Maybe he’s right, but frankly I was bored. That’s probably because I hadn’t but one or two of the nominated movies. There was a time when would’ve seen most [...]
I had no idea Spielberg was working on a Lincoln movie. But I guess he is. It should be awesome except that Abe will be played by Liam Neeson, a choice I just can’t figure. Question is, who SHOULD play Lincoln?
