Hmmm. Just got an email from Peak Organic Brewing about a new beer. Espresso Amber Ale. Sounds … uh … interesting. Actually, I can imagine the bitter espresso flavor blending better with beer than one would expect.

But I am sure the combo could be done poorly just as easily as it can be done well. Maybe they’ll see this post and send me a free sample. Otherwise, there’s no telling when it will show up at the local Whole Foods.
