		<description>This happened to a friend of mine recently who was coming back from a year of school abroad.  It really is a terrible policy.

Fortunately, or unfortunately I guess, with airline service circling the drain anyway, I don't see myself leaving the country on a plane anytime soon.  A boat, maybe.</description>
