The Tribune is sponsoring a search for the worst album cover ever. This sounds awfully similar to a chain email that went around last summer. In fact, many of the album covers are the same. They must be getting pretty desperate for attention over there.

And if it isn’t a travesty that the Trib is making money just recycling what’s already out there (oh wait, that’s sort of what I do), then it’s definitely a travesty that Manowar has yet to be included

BTW, when I posted about this last year, a buddy of mine sent me a W.A.S.P. cover. Definitely among the worst. So bad that it won’t show up in any of these contests. So bad even, that I won’t post it on this site. I’ll just link it.
