T-Mobile Customer Service SUCKS.

I spent well over 3 hours being transferred from one department to the next department, EACH time having to explain once again my issue: (At the time) I wanted to re-sign with T-Mobile...apparently, this is a difficult enterprise when one's contract expired, and one went to another carrier (Verizon)...I then was given conflicting advice from different T-Mobile "business teams," which each pointed the finger at the other regarding phone costs, as well as contract costs...I then hung-up and asked a friend of mine who is a T-Mobile rep., if he could help me out...he called me back an hour later telling me he went through the same T-Mobile customer service HELL, and in fact advised me to go to Verizon, the #1 Customer service carrier, according to Consumer Reports. That's right, a T-mobile rep. advocating for Verizon.

My experience thus far with Verizon? The #1 Customer Service carrier "award" is well justified. I have NEVER been as satisfied as I have been with Verizon's expeditious handling of issues (hardware - bad phone) that ended up being resolved with a quick FedEx P1 overnight shipment at Verizon's cost...VERY friendly and effective problem analysis/tech support, and perhaps most important of all, better service/reception with Verizon.

I will NEVER go back to T-Mobile.
