		<description>In response to this, And as a resident of the district, I have to say that the demographic has been changing too.  Plus, there is alot of Bush Fatigue out there.  Oberweis was already identified by many from previous campaigns.  I know hard core conservatives that are really fed-up with the current state of affairs.  That is why Obama is captivating the audiences with such ease.  Because the American public is thriving to feel good again.  Regardless of political persuasion, many did say that Reagan made people feel good about themselves.</description>
